Outdoor programs are one of the methods by which Scouting teaches character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. Camping is fun and involves problem solving, project management, critical thinking, and team leadership skills. Scouts can participate in a resident camp experience at Camp Karoondinha or day camps held at various locations in our five-county service area.
2027 Summer Resident Camp
You can make your reservations for the 2027 Summer Resident Camping Program at Camp Karoondinha!! Please work with your Pack or Troop leadership to let them know that you want to go to Camp K!
SPECIAL–Now through Aug. 31, your unit can make a $250 deposit and guarantee that next year’s camp fee will be LESS than this year’s! And Camp K is all inclusive–you don’t get charged extra for Merit Badge kits or ammo.
